Venture Commercial Pty Ltd was founded in January 2013 by Nigel Grivell and Harry Sanders.

Together they have enjoyed many years of success as key commercial real estate and business sales professionals, principally servicing the Adelaide Hills region.

Venture Commercial has been strategically modelled as an independent boutique agency in order to be able to provide a personable and flexible service that larger, city-based commercial agencies simply can’t adapt to.
